Who are you?
Royal Indonesia Masterpiece is a manufacturer and worldwide exporter of Wooden Teak & Mahogany furniture from Indonesia. Our furniture is available for indoor and outdoor use.
Where is your location?
We are located in Sudirman Park Central Jakarta and BSD City Tangerang
How is the moisture content?
1-2 cm thickness, moisture content 12-15%
3-4 cm thickness MC 16-18%
5cm thickness and up MC 19-20%
What kind of products do you have?
Living set, Dining set, bed set, Kitchen set, Office set, and partial items such as cabinet, chest of drawers, TV cabinet and many more. We have unique design catalogs and also received customer's custom design.
What kind of material is available?
Our furniture made of teak & manogany.
Can you accept buyer's designs?
Yes we can, as long as design is suitable with the material and production method requested. What you have to do is send us your designs by email or fax, complete with the measurement you preference then we will carry on.
Overseas Orders
At Royal Wooden Furniture, we believe that one's love for furniture should not be dampened by geographical boundaries. Wherever you live in the world, we are able to arrange delivery for our furniture to be a part of your living space.
Furnigation
We provide all packaging, furnigation and fumigation certificate and all other required paperwork to accompany your shipment. We ship to your nearest sea port, or we can use door to door transporter also.
How long is the production lead time?
Without carving : average 4 - 5 weeks (exclude delivery time)
With carving : average 7 - 8 weeks (exclude delivery time)
What is the minimum order?
We received big order (in containers) and also received small order in pallette. If you have appointed transporter, we can work together with appointed transporter. If you don't have appointed transporter, we have port to port and door to door transporter.
How is packing arrangement?
The standard packaging is oilpaper or foam sheet, corner protector, then wrapped with corrugated paper. However, packaging with carton box is available. Sticker or label indicating countery of origin and product specifications (code, description, material, color, etc.) area sealed on the packaging.
Do you use any chemical materials in your container to absorb humidity or destroy insects?
Yes, we always fumigate the container and put water absorber inside the container as well us silica gels inside the packed goods.
What is the payment term?
Irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T or paypal.

How's the quality of the product from Royal Wooden Furniture?
Royal Wooden Furniture produces high - quality products, teak wood we use is dry, has a moisture content (MC) below 12%, and all woods are kill n dried. We have customers in California, which city is hot and they area happy with our quality. We concern on the connection (joint) between the wood and only use high quality epoxy glue. Our quality control staff carefully check each product before the pack. They ensure that no damage and error.
How about finishing?
Natural wood - fine sanded, NC coated, Wax, Teak Oil, Whitewash, and Paint Finish
How about packing?
Foam and wrap paper (carton box will charge with additional cost)
How to order?
Simply mention the item code and number you need, send an email to us (cs@royalwoodenfurniture.com). So quickly we will respond with complete. You will know how many total volume and the amount of money you should pay. Everything will be answered in the email will be send
How about insurance?
We make sure that our products that we send to you is in good quality. However in delivery process, there is a possibility of damage, so to reduce the possibility, insurance is a good protection.
How about price?
Price are based on FOB Indonesia (Jakarta port).
This payment can be activated by :

How about delivery lead time?
Total delivery lead time : 30 - 40 days (depends on your country location)
Shipping is not included in the price. All order sent freight collect.
In the event no carrier specified, we are free to appoint a carrier in the best interest of customers.

US Customs and department of Homeland Security, effective 13 August 20014 is to check random containers for weapons, explosives and biological agents. The above procedure may delay shipment delivery for 1-2 weeks.
